2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide a clear explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the course
- Your account must be in good standing
3. Refund Request Process

4. Approved Refunds

Please note that some payment methods may have different processing times for refunds. Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.
5. Refund Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate refund requests whenever possible, there are certain circumstances where refunds may not be granted:
- After the 30-day period: Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Excessive course consumption: If you have completed more than 50% of the course content, we reserve the right to decline a full refund but may offer a partial refund or credit toward other courses.
- Downloadable materials: Once you have downloaded certain course materials, such as PDFs, templates, or software tools, refunds may be limited or denied due to the inability to recover these digital assets.
- Bundle purchases: For course bundles, refunds will be calculated based on the standard price of courses kept, not the discounted bundle price.
- Promotional or heavily discounted purchases: Courses purchased during special promotions with discounts of 50% or more may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Violation of Terms and Conditions: If you have violated our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing account access or attempting to copy, distribute, or resell course materials, no refund will be provided.
6. Special Offers and Lifetime Access
For courses advertised with "lifetime access," the refund policy remains the same (30 days from purchase). After the 30-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued, but you will continue to have access to the course materials as long as the course is offered on our platform.
Special promotional offers, bundles, or courses offered at significant discounts may have modified refund terms. These modified terms will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or use the course materials, please contact our technical support team at support@tradeproacademy.com before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly, and in many cases, these can be addressed without needing a refund.
If we are unable to resolve the technical issues within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 30-day policy, depending on the specific circumstances.
8. Course Updates and Content Changes
TradePro Academy regularly updates course content to ensure it remains current and relevant. These updates are provided at no additional cost to existing students. Changes to course content, updates, or improvements do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
If a course is discontinued or significantly changed in scope or content, affected students will be notified and may be offered alternatives or, in some cases, refunds at our discretion.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination and additional fees.
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to present evidence to the payment provider to contest the chargeback if we believe it is unwarranted.
