We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or Course Materials at our discretion. While we strive to keep our content current and relevant, we do not guarantee that course content will be updated continuously.

5. Payment and Pricing

The prices for our courses are as stated on our Website. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept payments through the payment methods indicated on our Website. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Website. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADEPRO ACADEMY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR ACCESS TO OUR COURSES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradePro Academy, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
